QROA acts as an independent lobby group, representing owners' interests and campaigning at the highest levels for owner's right and industry improvement.

The purpose of TBQA is to promote and advance the interests of the Breeding Industry in Queensland.

We are aimed at being part of a network of kindred organisations in each state which, with the National body, Thoroughbred Breeders Australia, represents the interests of thoroughbred throughout Australia at a local, federal and international level.
